Canandaigua Car Crash Sends Two to Hospital

Two people were taken to the hospital following a Saturday car crash in Canandaigua,

According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened at 10:00a at the intersection of Route 21 S and Routes 5&20 when 21-year-old Noah Springer failed to stop at a red light and collided with 48-year-old Alexis Smith. Smith and a juvenile passenger were taken to FF Thompson Hospital to be checked over.

Springer was cited for running the red light.
