An Auburn man faces charges in Wayne County after he allegedly was hired and paid money in advance to do some work that he never completed in the town of Lyons.
Scott Atkinson’s arrest for petit larceny stems from an investigation into a larceny that took place last year.
The 41-year-old Atkinson was released on an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.
