Verizon Wireless customers can again call 911 in Ontario County.
For most of Saturday afternoon and evening, Verizon Wireless customers were not able to get through to 9-1-1 directly. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the problem was resolved for Verizon customers at around at 11 p.m.
