You can learn more about the proposed plan to merge Weedsport and Jordan-Elbridge’s football teams on Wednesday.
The Weedsport Central School District will hold a virtual town hall at 6:00p to provide an overview of the proposed merger. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback during the meeting.
Over the past 25 years, Weedsport has seen a decline in student enrollment, making it unfeasible for the district to field an 11-man team.
