A more than 25-year career in law enforcement will come to an end over the next few days and the City of Auburn took time last night to honor the career of Police Chief James Slayton. City Clerk Chuck Mason said a big crowd was on hand to say goodbye to Chief Slayton.
Captain Matthew Androsko will take over from Chief Slayton on Tuesday. You can watch the entire ceremony from Thursday night below:
