If you live in Auburn, you’ll have your chance this week to voice your opinion on sections of the Housing Standards chapter of the city code.

City Clerk Chuck Mason says the changes will give more enforcement power to the nuisance abatement committee.

“This is the additional language to our city code that will give a little bit more enforcement efforts to the nuisance abatement committee that has been active in the city for the last couple of years,” Mason said on FLX Morning

The public hearing will take place Thursday at City Hall during the normal City Council meeting at 5:00p.
