One Auburn restaurant has been seized by the state for unpaid taxes.
A notice posted at Don Juan Café Restaurant at 104 Chapman Ave reads “This property has been seized for the nonpayment of taxes, and is now in the possession of the State of New York.”
The Peurto Rican restaurant first opened its doors in 2015.
