Fleming Man Pleads Guilty to Attempted Assault of Auburn Cop

A Fleming man has pled guilty to attempted assault after an incident with an Auburn cop.

According to the Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office, 35-year-old Christopher Liddle admitted to fleeing from officers in July while they were trying to arrest him on a warrant. During the foot pursuit, the officer sustained an arm injury.

Liddle faces two to four years in prison when sentenced in January to run consecutively with a parole violation.
