$50,000 in grant funding is coming to promote tourism in Cayuga County.

Office of Tourism will use the money to promote its Go Beyond campaign. The campaign seeks to raise awareness of the county as a destination to “go beyond your comfort zone and try something new and exciting.”

The funding comes from Empire State Development’s Market New York Grant program. The grant was announced as part of Round XIII of the state’s Regional Economic Development Council Initiative.
