The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a drug take-back day this weekend.
Deputies will be at the Fair Haven Fire Department at 14447 Fair Haven Rd on Saturday to accept unneeded or expired medication to be properly disposed of.
Prescription and over-the-counter drugs, pet medications, samples, ointments, and vitamins will all be accepted; however, the sheriff’s office cannot accept needles or sharps.
The event will run from 9:00a-12:00p.
