Authorities need your help finding a missing 13-year-old.
The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office says Joseph Czyz was last seen leaving his home in the area of Adams Ave in Owasco Monday night, before 10:30p, and hasn’t been seen since.
He is described as 5’6″ tall, weighing 120 lbs, with red hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone with information on Joseph’s whereabouts is asked to call 911. Tips can also be made online.
