Auburn Lions Club Returns

Via Lions Clubs International

Auburn once again has a Lions Club.

After being disbanded for 11 years, the group is now a branch club of the Union Springs chapter of the international organization.

Past District Governor Russ Ebbets, who is guiding the branch, says the goal is for the club to once again become its own chapter.

“They came in as Union Springs members because that’s the procedure,” Ebbets told Finger Lakes News Radio, “but it is with the understanding that they are the branch club in Auburn and once they get to 20 members, essentially they go out on their own.”
