The City of Auburn will hold a public hearing on the proposed changes to its housing standards and nuisance properties.

City Clerk Chuck Mason told FLX Morning the hearing is for changes to local law no 1 which repeals and replaces some sections of the housing standards code.

The hearing will take place on July 13 at 5:00p during the regularly scheduled city council meeting.

A public hearing on the matter was previously held on June 8, however, a problem with the posting of the original hearing  has caused the city to hold a second hearing.
