Applications are now open for Auburn’s Police Officer Civil Service Exam.
Those interested in joining the APD are required to take the exam. Applications must be filed with the city’s civil service commission by August 21.
Minimum qualifications to become a police officer include having a high school diploma or equivalent, possessing a valid New York State Driver’s License, and being between 19 and 43 years old.
