The Auburn Fire Department is warning of a t-shirt scam.
The department says people are impersonating them and sending text and Facebook messages about buying an AFD t-shirt. If you get such a message, you’re urged not to buy anything or click any links within the text.
The fire department adds it does not sell any items.
