As the Finger Lakes prepares to see more farm equipment hit the road, the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, Cornell Cooperative Extension, and the Farm Bureau are partnering to host a meeting on sharing the road with slow moving vehicles.

The meeting will take place this upcoming Thursday at 5:30p at the Ward O’Hara Agricultural Museum in Owasco.

All three agencies will work to develop steps to reduce the dangers associated with slow moving vehicles and make it safer for cars, farm equipment, and even horse and buggies to share the same roadways.
