TomatoFest

Saturday, September 7, 2024
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Downtown Auburn, NY
Genesee Street, Auburn, NY

CNY’s TomatoFest is an annual festival held every September featuring craft, commercial and food vendors, musical performances on 3 stages, family-fun activities and entertainment, and non-profit informational booths. There are also shuttle rides around Auburn’s historical sites and to Owasco Lake for boat tours sponsored by the Owasco Watershed Lake Association. The event is free, but monetary and canned food donations are encouraged. A non-perishable food collection challenge is being held at the event between area towns, the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Department and A.P.E Scare and Care, Inc.
TomatoFest of CNY has been supporting the food pantries of Cayuga County since 1985. Originally held at Emerson Park, the festival moved to downtown Auburn 8 years ago to embrace the growing downtown businesses. For 39 years we have provided much-needed assistance to families in need. Our vision is for the Cayuga County community to have access to enough food for active, healthy lives. Our mission is to raise money for the food pantries of Cayuga County through a fun-filled, annual community event.
