2024 Shine Bright for Children Gala supporting the Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes
Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes to Hold One Shine Bright for Children Gala
Canandaigua, NY- The Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes is hosting its annual Shine Bright for Children Gala October 25th, 2024 at Ventosa Vineyards in Geneva, NY.
Highlights of the event – The Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes is hosting its annual gala ~ Shine Bright for Children. Guests will enjoy a sit-down dinner, auctions and guest speaker, Sayeh Rivazfar, a retired NYS Trooper and currently a part-time consultant for Team Hope. Proceeds will directly benefit the growth of the CACFL as we continue to strive to provide much needed services to the increasing number of local children and families who need our support, as well as go toward child abuse prevention and education efforts. During the event, the CACFL will recognize the MDT (Motivated. Dedicated. Tenacious) Award winners from 2024. Each month, a member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team, a network of agencies that work together to facilitate child abuse investigations and support survivors, received the award from Ontario, Seneca or Yates counties. And, those winners were automatically nominated for the annual awards. With the help of Bikers Against Child Abuse, Executive Director Ashley Davoli will present the annual MDT awards.
