The Village of Newark will celebrate this fall with a Halloween Display Contest. Halloween decorations will be placed outside of homes for all to see!
Residents can win a trick-or-treat basket of holiday goodies. Be creative and have fun!
When you complete your Halloween display, register by calling 315-331-4770, ext. 106 between October 22nd and October 29th. Contest judges will take a photo of your creation. Registration must be completed by noon on October 29th.
