This year’s Earth Day clean up at Auburn’s Mill Street Dam was the largest yet. That’s from Sarah Dibble, the president of Auburn Beautification Commission who help put on the annual event.

Returning for its third year, over 1-hundred people turned out Saturday including Boy Scout Troop 11 and Auburn High School’s Girls Lacrosse team.

Volunteers converged on the dam Saturday to clean up trash and other debris around the Owasco River.

Classic Hits 99.3 was broadcasting live from the dam. Photos from the event can be found on their Facebook page.
